All training is tailored to your individual goals and is not just a turn up and workout scenario. We enter into a journey, to achieve your goals.

The journey may change as you progress, which we will then adapt to help reach new goals.

The studio is private, so no unwanted people walking by or watching what we are working on. No mirrors, No photographs posted – it is just about you.

We have a wealth of experienced and pride ourselves on offering the best quality of customer service and ensuring all of our clients achieve there goals, no matter how big or small.

Been going to boxercise with Gary for a few months now and can really feel the changes to my shape and general fitness. Went to his first group class in the new premises today and that was great too. Full body exercises, great start to the week!
